Psychologist and Researcher
I’m Tatiana, a psychologist and researcher — two fields I’ve been engaged with for more than 25 years.
My work has taken shape through psychological practice and research, as well as through living and working in different cultural contexts across Europe, North America, and Latin America.
This international trajectory has shaped how I understand life transitions, psychological perspectives, and the role context plays in how people experience themselves and their lives.
My way of working is grounded in applied psychological and research practice, integrating cognitive-behavioural perspectives, as well as embodied and art-based approaches.
I work in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
My work does not involve diagnosis, clinical assessment, or the treatment of mental disorders, nor does it constitute mental healthcare or healthcare intervention.
