For more than 25 years, my work has moved between professional practice and research, shaped as much by professional experience as by my own path across countries and cultures.<\/p>

Alongside this practice, my background includes research and consulting for international organisations across sectors such as consumer goods, healthcare, technology and entertainment.<\/p>

<\/span><\/div>

I have lived and worked across Europe, North America and Latin America. This has influenced how I understand identity, belonging and life transitions, not as abstractions, but as things I have had to navigate myself.<\/p>

I trained first as a psychologist. Over time, I built on that foundation with expressive arts, psychodrama and embodied practice: disciplines that let a conversation move beyond explanation into what is actually being lived and sensed. This is not incidental. It has been central to my work for most of my career.<\/p>

My approach is grounded in research and informed by cognitive-behavioural perspectives. I pay attention not only to how experience is explained, but also to how it is lived and sensed in the body.<\/p>

Master's Degree in Psychology and Expressive Arts, IATBA Expressive Arts School of Barcelona (2023).<\/p>

<\/span><\/div>

Training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, IPETEC \u2014 Instituto Peruano de Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual (2000).<\/p>

Psychodrama, embodiment and somatic approaches, humanistic psychology, social intervention \u2014 including Theatre of the Oppressed \u2014 and mindfulness.<\/p>

My training in embodiment and creative expression also runs through the performing arts: clown and mask work with Sue Morrison (Clown Through Mask; Joey and Auguste) in Canada, Spain and Ireland, sculpture at the Academy of Art in Barcelona, and theatre training at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin.<\/p>
