Psychologist (M-26120)
Working through the body, the arts and psychological reflection.
I work with people at moments of transition: navigating relationships, personal challenges, and, for some, the experience of living between cultures and reconsidering their place in life.
Our conversations draw on psychological reflection, movement and creative expression, because change is rarely worked through by words alone.
25+ years of international practice and research.

· HOW I WORK
The body and the arts are part of how I work.
Sessions follow the complexity of your situation, not a fixed model.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and more than two decades of professional and research experience.
The work can also extend into movement, expressive arts or psychodrama: structured methods, not creative diversions, chosen because some material is reached more precisely through the body than through discussion alone.
The aim is coherence between how you think, how you relate and how you act.
Who I Work With
When something that once fit no longer does
People come to me from very different starting points, but they often share something similar: a decision that no longer feels right, a way of living that has stopped making sense, a version of themselves they no longer fully recognise.
Often, what is needed is to break with habits and automatic patterns that the body and nervous system have picked up over time: ways of reacting that feel natural, but are actually learned.
Recognising them is what allows for a freer relationship with themselves, embracing both their lights and their shadows, without dividing them.
