THE LIFE SITUATION
Most experiences do not exist in isolation. They unfold within a life that already carries history, responsibilities and cultural layers. Context matters. It shapes how we see ourselves and what feels possible.
My work begins by exploring the roots that shape your life beyond geography and culture.
It involves recognising your individuality and examining the systems and structures that are present in your life.
Growth is often less about adding more and more about going deeper into your own roots — understanding how your history, relationships and environments have shaped the way you live today, so that you can build your life on fertile ground that truly makes sense to you.
Rather than starting from ready-made interpretations, I begin with what is actually present.
Experience is shaped by context, by the way we think about it, and by what is lived beneath words. My work tries to hold these dimensions together as a way of understanding experience.experience.

Reflection creates space. It allows us to look at experience without immediately reacting to it or reducing it to simple explanations. In that space, new understanding can emerge.
The body is not separate from thought. It carries tensions, impulses and shifts that are often present before they are put into words. Paying attention to this dimension can change how something is understood.
