Approach
MY APPROACH ·
Psychological work through the mind, body and the arts
My work begins with what is actually present, not with a ready-made interpretation of it.
By exploring what shapes your life: your history, your relationships, and what your body has been carrying long before it could be put into words.
It involves recognising your individuality and examining the systems and structures present in your life. Growth is often less about adding more and more about going deeper, so that you can build your life on fertile ground that truly makes sense to you.
A demanding career, a difficult family history, or a long silence in a relationship can fragment a life just as thoroughly as moving between continents can. Our work often involves restoring continuity across the different contexts that have shaped your life.
- THE LIFE SITUATION
Most experiences do not exist in isolation. They unfold within a life that already carries history, responsibilities and cultural layers. Context matters. It shapes how we see ourselves and what feels possible.
- PSYCHOLOGICAL REFLECTION
Reflection creates space. It allows us to look at experience without immediately reacting to it or reducing it to simple explanations. In that space, new understanding can emerge.
- THE BODY AS METHOD
The body is not separate from thought. It carries tensions and shifts that are often present before they can be put into words, sometimes described as the gut-mind connection. This is why movement, expressive arts and psychodrama enter the work here, not as illustration, but as a direct way in.
I stay close to what is present across three dimensions:
- THE LIFE SITUATION
Most experiences do not exist in isolation. They unfold within a life that already carries history, responsibilities and cultural layers. Context matters. It shapes how we see ourselves and what feels possible.
- PSYCHOLOGICAL REFLECTION
Reflection creates space. It allows us to look at experience without immediately reacting to it or reducing it to simple explanations. In that space, new understanding can emerge.

This is why movement, sculpture, image-making and psychodrama enter the work here, not as illustration, but as a direct way in.
